Following the successful run of the hit series Husbands of Lagos, ROK Studios makes a return with the New Husbands of Lagos, a brand new intriguing season introducing new and fresh talents.

" I played a very traditional, insecure and dependent character called Setor, a Ghanaian Gym Instructor who migrated to Nigeria in search of greener pastures. Setor got the opportunities he sought, but with the advice and influence from his close gym buddies, he somehow ended up biting more than he could chew.

You'd have to catch up with the series to know Setor's fate." Kenny said amidst laughter.

He describes his experience on set as a very professional, humbling, insightful and a learning curve, sharing the screens with notable actors including Linc Edochie, Lucy Umeh, Maryan Apollo, Jay Franklyn, Ebisan Arayi and a host of other amazing talents like Mike Arinze, Tersy Akpata, Metiri Ejiro, Emeka Darlington, Tochie Oboli, Ese Idia, April Oshidipe.

And not forgetting the very professional crew. I enjoyed working with all of them. We had a very cordial, warm and respectful working relationship on set.

For Parku, the chance to work on the multi-national production reinforces his belief in creating opportunities for emerging talents, something he praises ROK Studios for supporting.

Kenny Jim Parku (JPK) concluded by extending his gratitude to Mrs. Mary Njoku, Mr. Desmond Elliot and Alhaji Abdul Salam Mumuni and to his family and friends for their support.
